With over 25 years experience in event catering Posh Nosh strives to produce excellence in both food and service. Our experienced team look forward to working with you to create your unique experience, we pride ourselves on our service and we are confident that we can make your event a success.

Our award winning kitchen brigade work tirelessly to produce high quality dishes with Devon's finest produce, working closely with local suppliers we utilise the fabulous ingredients Devon has to offer. We are lucky enough to be surrounded by superb farms and amazing coastline, so we are able to select from a vast array of local produce to use in the creation of our dishes.

We are a close knit, family orientated team. Many of us have worked together for years and we have Posh Nosh at the heart of everything we do.

Company Management

All of our management team are still very much involved in organising and coordinating events and weddings; it is what we do best and the reason we are still one of Devon’s premier wedding and event catering companies.

Julie Hall

Julie started Posh Nosh at her kitchen table in 1989, her passion and knowledge of food and local produce is still very much at core of what we do. As a pescatarian, Julie is the reason we have such a wide and varied fish, vegetarian and vegan selections. Julie is constantly researching and exploring new ideas in food, presentation and service.

Event Management

We also have a team of event managers who have worked with us for many years, coming up through the ranks of waiting staff at Posh Nosh and have been fully trained in our ways of service and style.

Chefs

All of our chefs have the ability and expertise to chef at any event, in any circumstances and with any menu. We work as a complete team to make sure that your food is served with taste, style and texture. They each have their individual expertise and experience which we fully utilise to create the very best dishes and menus.

Alan Adlem

Head Chef Alan is our all round culinary hero, who particularly specialises in Pastry and Desserts. Trained in the Royal Navy and with Michael Caine, Alan is relentless in his quest for perfection and very much enjoys event catering and all the challenges it brings.

Chris Sleight

Event Chef at HQ, Chris has travelled and worked in many European countries - we call him the Paella king! Chris is always willing to try out new dishes and supports head chef Alan as a wonderful second.

Tyler

We must also mention our current Exeter College apprentice chef Tyler who has been with us since September 2019, and is now a very valued member of our team.

Our Waiting Team

Our waiting team are a lovely, friendly and helpful bunch, many of them have been part of the Posh Nosh family for years and have been introduced to us by friends and family members.
