Posh Nosh Event Catering Limited requires a Second Chef for our busy outside catering hub in Topsham, Exeter. You will work in a kitchen team under the Head Chef and Management to produce high quality food using local suppliers.
We are looking for a capable chef who will deliver our high standards in our unique outside catering environment. We pride ourselves on presenting first class food and service for weddings, corporate and private parties.
You must be self-motivated, reliable and creative with a desire to incorporate local ingredients to produce traditional and contemporary food. We are looking for some who can inspire and showcase amazing food.
You will be a keen player in our plans for growth and expansion.
Your working days will typically be Tuesday to Saturday, hours will vary.
You must be able to work evenings and weekends when required and have a flexible approach.
Requirements:
• Catering/Events experience at managerial level
• Exceptional communication, customer service & staff management skills
• Passion for catering and food service & an eye for detail
• Successful budget & resource management
• A mature, flexible approach to role requirements
• Flexibility with working pattern.

Salary Package: £20,000 per annum for a 48 hour week (as an average)
